Colombian graphic designer and illustrator Fulvio Obregon, AKA Fulaleo, has imagined iconic figures from popular culture meeting their younger selves in the series Me & My Other Me. The concept was inspired by an ad showing a woman next to her younger self.

Obregon’s work often features sarcastic and bizarre elements. He is most famous for his fat soccer (football) caricatures; their popularity spawned two more takes on the topic, spoofing the teams from Madrid and Barcelona.

Obregon said of the series, “Each character has some detail of what has been essentially along their respective career, life or profession.”

Among these notable characters, the illustrator included the late Michael Jackson, musician Paul McCartney, computer giants Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, as well as actors Robert De Niro and Al Pacino and Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger. Each subject showcases important details that have been a key part of their life, which makes this project as intriguing as it is visually impressive.
