Daisy Lowe has matured from the shy, young, grungy daughter of ex-Primrose Hell set Pearl Lowe and Bush singer Gavin Rossdale, into a sexy, sultry, model slash fashion designer. Now the 22-year-old has posed nude in an eight page spread for Playboy Magazine’s September issue.

Following her split from musician Will Cameron a few years ago, when Daisy was very much under the radar, Lowe has now seen her stock value rise to heady heights. High profile modelling jobs and dating some of the UK’s trendiest men in Mark Ronson and current beau, Doctor Who’s Matt Smith, has now made her one of the most paparazzi and tabloid-friendly subjects of the day.

Daisy is no stranger to stripping off for photos, she has already taken part in a host of risqué shoots for i-D, Paradis Magazine, 2010 Pirelli Calendar and of course her work with lingerie firm, Agent Provocateur.

Lowe’s reason for doing the shoot was that she hoped it would help normal-shaped women feel comfortable about their bodies. Really Daisy, have you seen your body in these pictures? Hardly the UK average size 14 or 16.

Lowe still remains an enigma for me, I don’t find her attractive at all, but yet all my mates think she is the hottest woman on planet. There can be no denying that her body is exceptional and if you’ve got it, flaunt it and from these pictures, even I can’t deny that she does have a great bod.

Is Daisy Lowe the UK’S new answer to Demi Moore of the 90s? I can’t help but think about going up to her and saying the old Dennis Pennis lines “If it wasn’t tasteless and needed to be done would you consider keeping your clothes on…” or “You came in for a lot of criticism… how do you handle your knockers?”
